1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookies policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site informs guests about our specialty espresso café in Singapore and provides a contact path.
2. Who we are
BrewRush Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202649582M), 214 East Coast Road, #01-05, Singapore 428913, [email protected], +65 6344 2917. We operate a neighbourhood brew-bar coffeehouse serving espresso, milk drinks, batch brew, pastry and small office trays when capacity allows.
3. Brand meaning — Brew / Rush
“Brew” means coffee brewing. “Rush” means café pace / morning espresso energy. BrewRush is not a beer brewery as its primary business, not a get-rich rush brand, not a fireworks shop, and not a marketing agency. The .life domain is branding only. We do not guarantee zero wait, identical milk texture every pour, “#1” rankings or medical benefits from coffee.
4. Café information
Menus, SGD prices, hours and stock change. Site information is indicative. Confirm allergens and availability at the counter. Drink flavour depends on origin, roast date, grind, water, recipe and barista technique. Waits and seating depend on East Coast Road rush conditions.
5. Allergen and craft disclaimer
We prepare specialty coffee and food on site. Milk alternatives and pastry may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and other allergens — ask before ordering. Photos are illustrative. This website is not medical, financial or legal advice.
6. Enquiries
Forms require accurate details and PDPA consent. Do not submit unlawful or spam content. We may ignore requests for services we do not offer (beer-brewery events as primary identity, fireworks, cannabis, agency retainers, investment schemes).
7. Intellectual property
Site text, layout and marks belong to BrewRush Pte. Ltd. or licensors. Do not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Linking to public pages is welcome.
8. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, inject malware, abuse forms, or impersonate BrewRush. We may block threatening traffic.
9. Third parties
Hosting, fonts and analytics providers have their own terms. We are not liable for their outages beyond reasonable efforts.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, BrewRush Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect loss from website use or reliance on indicative menu copy. Mandatory rights that cannot be excluded remain.
11. Governing law
Laws of Singapore govern these terms. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update terms as the site evolves. The last updated date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted.

14. Café conduct
On premises, follow reasonable staff instructions about queues, seating limits and allergen communication. We may refuse service for safety or lawful reasons. Adults supervise children. Animals follow posted rules.
15. Takeaway and trays
Takeaway cups are a convenience; dispose of waste responsibly. Office trays, if confirmed, depend on timing stated in correspondence. We may decline trays that collide with peak rush.
16. Private groups
Small groups outside peak may be confirmed in writing. Walk-in specialty café service remains priority. Cancellation timing should be agreed in confirmation notes.
17. Content boundaries
Brew recipes and sensory notes are café education, not lab certificates. Lots change. Trust the physical brew board on the day.
18. No professional advice

19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BrewRush Pte. Ltd. against claims from your misuse of the site or unlawful submissions, to the extent permitted by law.
20. Severability
If one clause fails, the rest continues. These terms plus Privacy and Cookies policies form the online agreement regarding website use. In-café purchases also follow ordinary sale terms at the till.
21. Operations and force majeure
Equipment issues, supply delays, holidays, weather or government directions may affect hours or menu. We update the door board and site where practical.
22. Feedback licence
Photos or reviews you send are internal unless you agree in writing that we may use them in café communications.
23. Language
The site uses Singapore English. English legal pages prevail if translations appear later, unless law requires otherwise.
24. Closing
BrewRush remains a specialty espresso-rush café on East Coast Road. Clear terms help guests and baristas keep the morning line kind without false guarantees.
Extended café terms
Website availability is provided on an as-available basis. Scheduled maintenance may occur outside peak café hours where practical. Typographical errors in indicative SGD prices may be corrected without liability beyond what Singapore law requires; the counter board controls the purchase price.
You may not frame brewrush.life inside third-party sites in a way that misrepresents BrewRush as endorsing that third party. You may not scrape menu content for training datasets that claim our café endorses medical or financial outcomes. You may not use our marks to imply a franchise relationship that does not exist.
If you book a tray or group and fail to collect without notice, we may decline future timed orders. Hot beverage risks are ordinary café risks; handle cups carefully. Spill incidents should be reported to staff immediately so we can keep floors safe for other walk-in guests.
