FAQ

Answers from the brew bar

Hours, allergens, seating, office trays, PDPA and what BrewRush does not claim as a specialty coffee café in Singapore.

Is BrewRush a beer brewery, a get-rich “rush” brand, a fireworks shop, a marketing agency, or does it guarantee zero wait and perfect drinks every time?

No. We are a specialty espresso-rush café. “Brew” means coffee brewing; “Rush” means the paced energy of a busy morning bar — not beer as our primary business, not get-rich hype, not fireworks, not an agency. The .life TLD is branding only. We aim for careful service in busy hours but do not guarantee zero wait, identical texture every pour, or medical benefits.

What are your hours and peak times?

Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00 SGT; Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00 SGT. Weekday 07:30–09:30 is the peak espresso rush on East Coast Road. Midday is calmer for batch brew and conversation.

How do you handle dietary needs and allergens?

Ask before ordering. Pastry and milk alternatives may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and others. We prepare food on site in a busy café kitchen; cross-contact is possible.

Will I get a seat? How long is the wait?

Seats are limited. Waits happen in the rush. Takeaway cups keep the line moving. We do not advertise zero wait. For quieter visits, come outside the early weekday peak.

Can I order office trays?

Small trays yes, when capacity allows. Use the contact form with timing, headcount and milk notes. We will decline rather than miss your window.

How is contact data handled (PDPA)?

Form data is used to reply to your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy. The consent box is not pre-ticked. Email [email protected] for access or correction requests.

What do you not do?

We do not operate as a beer brewery first, sell fireworks, sell cannabis, run marketing-agency retainers, sell finance courses, claim medical cures, or promise “#1” rankings / zero wait forever.

Private groups?

Occasional small groups outside peak rush may be possible — ask via the form. Walk-in specialty café service remains the priority.

Extra practical notes

Parking along East Coast Road can be tight; consider public transport or a short walk from nearby stops. Laptop camping through the entire rush is discouraged when seats are scarce — this is a specialty café counter first. Large meetings belong in booked group windows, not in the peak espresso line. Gift vouchers, if offered, will be stated at the till; do not assume website silence means a programme exists.

We re-dial grind through the day because Singapore air shifts. If your flat white tastes off, tell us — we would rather remake with care than pretend. Batch brew strength is labelled for the day. Cold options appear when the board says so. Pastry flavours change with supply. None of that is failure; it is how a living coffeehouse menu behaves.

Data questions again: consent is unticked until you choose; [email protected] handles PDPA requests; we do not sell enquiry lists. Service questions again: waits exist; zero-wait marketing does not. That is BrewRush in FAQ form.

Payments and groups

We accept common Singapore payment methods at the till — ask staff which cards and wallets are active today. Large cash notes may be hard to change during the rush. Group orders should be signalled early so milk drinks can be sequenced without collapsing texture standards. If your group exceeds seating, we will steer toward takeaway carriers rather than block walk-in guests who keep this specialty café alive on East Coast Road.
