Café drinks for mornings that still move with care

This specialty coffee café menu covers espresso bar classics, milk drinks, batch brew and cold options, seasonal specials, pastry for the rush, and takeaway or office trays. Indicative SGD pricing. Flavour varies with craft and crop — we do not promise identical texture every pour or “#1” rankings.

B-01

Espresso bar classics

Short drinks begin with a dialled shot. We taste extraction through the East Coast morning and adjust grind when Singapore humidity softens the puck. Espresso, lungo-style longer pulls and house classics sit in an indicative band of S$4.50–S$7.50. This is specialty coffee from a neighbourhood brew bar — not a beer tap list, not a spectacle. Ask which coffee is on the portafilter today; the brew board names it plainly.

Counter service keeps the line honest. Takeaway cups are ready when seats are full. If a shot runs long or short, we fix it before we call your name again.

Milk drinks (texture-forward)

Flat whites, cappuccinos and longer milk drinks are built for texture that still looks alive when the cup reaches you. We have watched a perfect first flat white and fought to keep number twelve the same — that is the rush we mean. Milk alternatives are available; tell us about allergies before we steam. Indicative pricing follows the espresso band and is posted daily at 214 East Coast Road.

B-03

Batch brew & cold options

Batch brew stays on for guests who want brightness without waiting for a manual pour. We refresh when flavour dulls. Cold options appear when the weather and board allow — still specialty coffee, still labelled. Indicative filter-style pricing often sits around S$5–S$8 depending on the lot.

B-04

Seasonal specials board

Specials rotate with supply: a limited milk drink, a cold brew twist, a pastry collaboration. They are written on the board, not invented as permanent slogans. When stock ends, the special ends. Ask about allergens every time — recipes change.

Pastry for the rush

Pastry is chosen to travel with the cup — something you can hold in the line or take to a nearby seat. Items may contain dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy and other allergens. Please ask our team before ordering if you have allergies or dietary needs. Cross-contact is possible in a busy café kitchen.

B-06

Takeaway & office trays

Small office tray orders (espresso drinks and batch brew carriers) can be arranged when the morning capacity allows. Use the contact form with headcount, timing and milk preferences. We will confirm honestly if the rush window is already full — better a clear no than a late tray.

BrewRush Pte. Ltd. prepares specialty coffee and food on site. We do not claim medical benefits or guaranteed perfect drinks every time. Opening hours and menu items can change with stock and season at this Singapore brew-bar café.

Service notes for the brew board

Every item on this specialty café menu is prepared to order or refreshed in small batches. Espresso drinks depend on dialled extraction; milk drinks depend on texture; batch brew depends on timely refresh; pastry depends on bakery supply; office trays depend on confirmed capacity. Walk-in guests on East Coast Road always come first during the rush. If you need dietary detail beyond the allergen conversation, speak with the shift captain — we will not invent ingredients we do not use.

Indicative SGD ranges help you plan. The board at 214 East Coast Road, #01-05 confirms the day. Thank you for reading the menu as a living café document rather than a brochure frozen in time.
